Registered Nurse (RN): $2,000 sign-on bonus

Copper County Community Mental Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join their multidisciplinary treatment team in the Baraga, Michigan area. This position provides nursing services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Conduct health care assessments and develop health care plans.
• Act as a liaison with the medical community.
• Participate in the development of Individual Plans of Service using a person-centered planning process.
• Provide staff training across a variety of program settings.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS. $48,968 – $58,695 annually based on experience PLUS a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, disability and life insurance.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position generally working 8am-5pm. This position participates in the on-call and weekend rotation schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION.

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
